About Liz
Qualified in 1994 as a YMCA Exercise to Music Instructor. Continued training as a Reebok Step Instructor. Throughout my fitness life always look at ways to improve and keep knowledge up to date by attending workshops and conferences.
In 2004 undertook training as a Pilates Instructor with the Pilates Institute in London. In May 2006 completed a one day Stability Ball Training Course with Kathryn Cullen and already booked on her next course, The Ball, The Core and More! Currenlty undertaking further training with Future Fit for Pilates NVQ level 3. This course include Pilates Improver, Pilates Advanced and Diet and Weight Management.
