After 2 months of Pilates, I have a straighter back, a tighter abdomen/core & better overall muscle tone, I feel slimmer & taller - in fact I can see changes everywhere. My bowels appear to be more regulated. My stress levels have dropped to zero. The pain in my back has gone, my shoulder pain is decreasing and my flexibility is increasing each week. I have yet to master the Breathing Techniques. . .I know it will come. Sweet dreams everyone, 'cos I know you'll sleep a whole lot better after Pilates.
