Online Class Information

Online there are a variety Pilates, Pilates Flow, Pilates Express, Barre, Step, and Trigger Point Classes available at different times of the day. They are all run 'live' via Zoom and range from 30 mins to 60 mins.  They are not pre-recorded but there are loads of recorded class available online once you have signed up.  You can attend as many classes as you like for a monthly fee which equates to £6.25 per week.

If you would like to join me for any of the live Zoom class, just drop me an email and I can then sort this out with you. You will obviously need all of your own equipment.

Mondays
  • Pilates Mat - 8.30am - 45 mins - This class is great mixed ability mat class which uses a variety of equipment ranging from dynaband, small ball, hand weights, hog, wobble board and power ring - just use what you have at home!

  • Step - 8am - 30 mins - Back in the 1980's - the 'Step' was introduced by Gin Miller and Reebok. Gin Miller was recovering from a knee injury and used a platform to help build up the muscle strength in her knee. Check out the StepAerobics page. This class leaves you exhilarated and very hot and sweaty as you will have burnt over 250 calories in an half and hour and done over 3000 steps.  Each class we build a routine of different moves to keep you focused and use up-tempo music which you can sing along to if you want.

  • Pilates Mat Class - 6.15pm - 45 mins - Great standing work using a barre or chair.  Helps to strengthen legs, core and pelvic floor. Matwork follows straight on.

  • Pilates Large Ball - 7.30pm - 60 minsSmall group of intermediate clients who just love using their large Pilates ball. We also use other equipment such as dynabands, power ring and small ball to add interest and variety. This class is only suitable for those who have been doing Pilates on a regular basis and have good technique.

Tuesdays
  • Step - 8.10am - 30 mins - Back in the 1980's - the 'Step' was introduced by Gin Miller and Reebok. Gin Miller was recovering from a knee injury and used a platform to help build up the muscle strength in her knee. Check out the StepAerobics page. This class leaves you exhilarated and very hot and sweaty as you will have burnt over 250 calories in an half and hour and done over 3000 steps.  Each class we build a routine of different moves to keep you focused and use up-tempo music which you can sing along to if you want.

  • Pilates Mat - 8.45am - 45 mins - This class is great mixed ability mat class which uses a variety of equipment ranging from dynaband, small ball, hand weights, hog, wobble board and power ring - just use what you have at home! If you want to leave your video on then technique can be reviewed.

  • Pilates Flow - 6.10pm - 45 mins - Little equipment is used in this class and we work through different pilates exercises to create simple combinations which flow together.

Wednesdays

  • Pilates Chill Mat - 8.30am - 45 mins - This is a very laid back Mat Class where we do lots of stretching - loved by all.

Thursdays
  • Power on the Barre - 8.15am - 30 mins - This class is working on strength/balance/core

  • Pilates Flow - 6.10pm - 45 mins - Little equipment is used in this class and we work through different pilates exercises to create simple combinations which flow together. 

Fridays
  • Pilates Express Mat - 8am - 30 mins - This class is great mixed ability mat class which uses a variety of equipment ranging from dynaband, small ball, hand weights, hog, wobble board and power ring - just use what you have at home and it is usually a chill/stretch class.

  • Pilates meets Trigger Point Pilates - 6.15pm - 30 mins - Mat class using Trigger Point balls. 

Saturdays

  • Pilates Express Mat - 9am - 30 mins - This class is great mixed ability mat class which uses a variety of equipment ranging from dynaband, small ball, hand weights, hog, wobble board and power ring - just use what you have at home

Sundays
  • Pilates on the Barre and Mat Class - 9am - 45 mins - Great standing work using a barre or chair.  Helps to strengthen legs, core and pelvic floor.  Matwork follows straight on.

  • Trigger Point Pilates - 9.45am - 60 mins - Trigger Point Pilates (TPP) is ideal for everyone however fit, and effective for pre and post surgery after your Physio check. Many of the exercises you can do at home, to gain constant benefits of fascia release. Wear comfortable clothing that is not too tight to move in and wear socks or Yoga shoes in class if you have a skin/foot condition. Please bring a small towel to use in class and water to drink. The fascia release can stimulate the bladder, and you may need to pop out to the loo - please do not feel embarrassed to go to the loo. To find out more about Trigger Point Pilates click here.
