Online Class Information

Online there are a variety Pilates, Pilates Express, Barre, StepAerobics, Trigger Point and Shape Up Classes available at different times of the day.  They are all run 'live' via Zoom and range from 10 mins to 60 mins.  They are not prerecorded but there are loads of recorded class available online once you have signed up.  You can attend as many classes as you like for a monthly fee which equates to £6 per week.

If you would like to join me for any of the live Zoom class, just drop me an email and I can then sort this out with you. You will obviously need all of your own equipment.

Very friendly mat based pilates class which was established over 16 years ago. Newcomers are always welcome.  We concentrate on posture and technique.

Small group of intermediate clients who just love using their large Pilates ball. We also use other equipment such as dynabands, power ring and small ball to add interest and variety. This class is only suitable for those who have been doing Pilates on a regular basis and have good technique.

Group of intermediate clients who just love Pilates!  This class only suitable for those who have been doing Pilates on a regular basis and have good technique.

Beginners Step Classes - Monday, Wednesday and Thursday Mornings

Back to the 1980's - the 'Step' was introduced by Gin Miller and Reebok. Gin Miller was recovering from a knee injury and used a platform to help build up the muscle strength in her knee.  Check out the StepAerobics page.

This class leaves you exhilarated and very hot and sweaty as you will have burnt over 500 calories in an hour.  Each week we build a routine of different moves to keep you focused and use up-tempo music which you can sing along to if you want. Some class members have their own Step which they bring along each week.

Trigger Point Pilates Class (Monthly Wednesday evening 8pm and Sunday Morning at 9.30am

Trigger Point Pilates (TPP) is ideal for everyone however fit, and effective for pre and post surgery after your Physio check. Many of the exercises you can do at home, to gain constant benefits of fascia release.

Wear comfortable clothing that is not too tight to move in and wear socks or Yoga shoes in class if you have a skin/foot condition. Please bring a small towel to use in class and water to drink.

The fascia release can stimulate the bladder, please do not feel embarrassed to go to the loo.
